Windows 10 gets stuck on the boot screen for 10 minutes and won't start
After booting up, Windows 11 gets stuck on the brand logo and won't load the desktop. The system is installed on a mechanical hard drive and was working fine until yesterday. I'd like to know the possible causes and how to fix this without reinstalling the system.

Press F8 during startup to enter Safe Mode. If you cannot enter Safe Mode, boot from the Windows installation USB drive and run the `chkdsk /f` command to check for and repair hard drive errors.

Restart your PC and force shutdown (hold power button) 3 times during the Windows logo to trigger Automatic Repair. Choose Advanced options > Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart.

Safe Mode loads Windows with minimal drivers and services, helping isolate the issue.
