It appears that if you go to Task Scheduler, Task Schedule Library, Microsoft, Windows, PI, and disable the Secure-Boot-Update task, that will stop Windows 10 from freezing. You may have to reboot after disabling the task. Apparently, a Windows Update to secure boot is causing this issue.
