Windows 10 freezes up 3 minutes after start up since recent update. I can't open in safe mode since Microsoft removed this from Windows 10. I can't do a system restore either since the OS freezes bef...
My Dell PC got hit really hard by this bug in the latest update. I ended up doing a full system restore after it kept freezing my PC after a few minutes after starting. Then I saw this thread. Disabling the PI scheduled stop the freezing. At least I have a work around for now. Thank you for the update. This really helped.
YW. FYI As a little background this is all a result of the Microsoft Hardware Secure Boot Certificate expiration. The hardware certificate expired in June 2026 which ultimately drove these changes.
