Windows 10 freeze
My PC has been freezing; i.e., the cursor, keyboard, and Taskbar are no longer active. I cannot even get to the Task Manager though I do have an icon in my Taskbar showing the percent memory consumed...

1. Windows Memory Diagnostic: This built-in tool can help identify issues with your RAM. You can find it by searching "Windows Memory Diagnostic" in the Start menu.
2. Check Disk (chkdsk): Run a disk check to identify file system errors. Open Command Prompt as an administrator and run the command: chkdsk /f.

Outdated or incompatible drivers can cause performance issues. Go to Device Manager (right-click on the Start button) and check for updates for critical drivers, especially graphics and chipset drivers. You can also visit the manufacturer's website for your hardware (like NVIDIA, AMD, or Intel) for the latest drivers.
