Windows 10 Fall Update - Search Office 365 and Power BI content

Hi i have had the fall update for a while and have connected my O365 account, enabled Cortana in Windows, have enabled PowerBI content to be Cortana enabled and have Cortana enabled in O365 admin. However from W10 i cannot search content in either O365 or PowerBI, can anyone shed light on this problem?
