    The ESU program is typically designed for businesses, and individual consumers may not have access to this program in the same way organizations do. It's aimed at organizations that require extended support for their legacy systems.S: Please incorporate your own experience and then use informal language to describe it. And please help me solve this problem by combining relevant knowledge or products of Microsoft.

My Dell XPS-8500 computer does not have the option to enroll in the Extended Security Updates.  This computer meets the requirement's for the Updates.  My Dell XPS-13 has been enrolled to get the ESU, which has the same updates and admin access as my XPS-8500.  Both computers are not hardware compatible for Windows 11. How do I get my XPS-8500 enrolled in the Updates?
