Windows 10 ESU enrollment lost after factory reset – previously purchased and working fine

how exactly shall this reactivation happen?
For me it worked for exactly one update on December 2025, when I purchased the ESU. Then it stopped working and I do not get any updates since then. If I open the link in the Store, it tells me now that my device (still the same) is not eligable for the enrollment process.
In HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows\ConsumerESU
I get ESUEligibility 7 and ESUEligibilityResult 9 - which seems not to be documented anywhere...
