Windows 10 domain problem please help

Im a windows insider program user i was downloading the latest insider build and i dont know if it did not download properly or if some other issue happened but when my computer finished downloading and booted up windows says that my administrator domain does not exsist or cant be contacted and the same for the guest account ran disk check and operating system and all files are there. Help . help im stuck
