Windows 10 cumulative update KB5062554 causes network abnormalities
After installing the latest cumulative update KB5062554, multiple applications encountered network connection issues: loading failures, inability to obtain server lists, or update errors. Attempts to reset the network and VPN were ineffective, and the issue persisted even after reinstalling the system. We suspect that this may be related to the curl library update, and currently, the only solution is to revert to the previous version.

his is a known issue that has affected a number of users. The problems stemming from KB5062554 (and other similar cumulative updates) typically relate to network adapter drivers being reset or becoming incompatible.
Windows includes a "Network Reset" feature that will wipe and reinstall all your network adapters and reset all networking components to their default settings. This is the most effective solution for this specific issue.
