Windows 10 Computer starts looping on BIOS

Power off your PC.
Disconnect power cable.
Press and hold the power button for 10-15 seconds to discharge residual power.
Locate the CMOS jumper on your MSI B650 GAMING PLUS WIFI motherboard (consult manual), or temporarily remove the CMOS battery.
Wait a minute, then reinsert the battery or move the jumper back.
Reconnect power and boot.
