Windows 10 computer cannot connect to wireless headphones. Why?

My wireless headphones to my Windows 10 computer and can't figure out why they won't connect properly. I've tried several solutions, but the device doesn't appear in the connection list or fails to pair, which prevents me from using the headphones wirelessly.
