Windows 10 boot drive come activated?

I'm purchasing a new computer and im installing windows myself, i have a laptop with an activated retail version of windows 10 pro, i installed a boot drive from the https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/s...

    Glitchy, As per Microsoft policy, you need to use a separate license for a new machine. That means you can't use same license on two different systems (either physical or virtual). So for your new machine, you need to get a new license.
