You might consider reinstalling the operating system, or you can disable some unnecessary software in Safe Mode.

Go to Troubleshoot > Advanced Options.

    Select Startup Repair.

It will attempt to fix boot-related issues. If it succeeds, reboot normally.

A Windows 10 blue screen during boot followed by automatic shutdown can be caused by various issues, including hardware failures, driver problems, or system corruption.

If all else fails, a clean installation of Windows may be necessary:

    Backup important data if possible.

Use a Windows installation media to reinstall.
