Windows 10 active inactive hard to distinct

 

I have attached a snapshot of my problem. I change the theme it makes no difference to the windows within an application. I use a aerolite theme I got it online it makes a little bit of difference. It is very hard to distinct an active and inactive window. Can you please guide with what I can do to resolve this. Thank you

    Do you observe the same issue when you activate Windows default theme?

      I repeat again I don't think you understood the problem. I changed themes but the marked area didn't change. Can you refer to someone who knows what I am talking about, because it looks like you don't have knowledge of my issue.
