windows 10 21h1 glitch
Hello everyone,
I recently updated my windows 10 laptop to 21h1 feature update. Since that update I have been facing this glitch where search area beside the windows start menu logo gets a white strip when I turn on the laptop it clears when I hover over it and pops back on by itself when I switch between apps.
I don't know whether it happens on only my pc but i'm sure it started after 21h1 update.

You will see this if:
- KB5003214 is installed
- News and Interests on the taskbar is turned off, and
- Your DPI scaling (Settings|System|Display|Scale and layout is other (larger?) than 100%
Change any one of those, and the problem goes away

Turning off the transparency effect of the taskbar also does the job

- Open the Settings App
Go to Personalization - Colors
Set 'Choose your Color' to Custom
Set 'Default Windows Mode' to Dark
Set 'Default App Mode' to Light or dark Hello Kaushik_G,
Suggest you to run Search and Indexing troubleshooter from Settings app > Update & security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters. See if it helps you.
Also, run System File Checker scan:1. Search for 'command prompt' using Cortana or Windows Search.
2. From results, right click on Command Prompt and select Run as administrator.
3. Type sfc /scannow command and press Enter key.
4. Let the command complete and then reboot the machine.
If issue still persists, perform clean boot:
