Windows 10 20H2 Restart Issue
Are they using Microsoft Account or Local Account?
In case it is Microsoft Account, are you connected to company's account or Microsoft's personal account?
Have you tried running sfc /scannow in command prompt?
Check and see if there is any pending updates?

Reza_Ameri-Archived They're on-prem accounts synced up into AAD. We're currently hybrid-joined to AAD. I have ran sfc /scannow but it did not find anything.

In the affected devices, open start and search for feedback and open Feedback Hub app and report this issue.
You may look into Event Viewer and see if you could find anything.
In case, it is urgent contact Microsoft Support.
