Windows 10 2004 update is not available on my laptop
I am using HP Pavilion AB-029TX and currently I have windows 10 1909 build. Whenever I go to check update it shows no update found and in feature update it says new window is on the way When will it...

It seems the V2004 update is not offered to you because of compatibility issues.
You can try these steps:
1. Update your hardware drivers and perform clean boot, see if update is offered then.2. Disable Core Isolation by going to Settings > Windows Security > Open Windows Security > Devie Security > Core isolation details.
3. Keep checking Windows 10 2004 release information page for mitigations and resolutions for Known issues at this page: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/release-information/status-windows-10-2004
Else, you can manually upgrade to V2004 via ISO file.
