Win10 system virus and threat protection does not have management settings options.
In the “Virus & threat protection” page of the Windows Security Center, I cannot find the “Manage settings” option (which should include functions such as adding exclusions), making it impossible to add a whitelist as described in the tutorial. How can I restore this option or set exclusions in another way?

Ensure you're logged in with an administrator account. Some options might be hidden or restricted if you're on a standard user account.
