Hello, Does win10 come in a retail version (not tied to one machine) like 7 did? All I can find on Amazon says OEM for 1 machine only. Does it come in a DVD version or similar physical media? ...

Windows 10 does have a retail version and can often be purchased in store or at the website of the vendor, for example here in the UK. Most come on USB/Flash Drives and would be for the licencing of a single user.
