Win10 cannt access after install directX, even if on safe mode and startup repair
I try to install DirectX for a software, and then the system needs me to restart computer, the screen always stay black status after win logo when i try to restart computer.
I had find some article to fix this problem, for example, 3 times halt and start power to access Safe Mode, but the screen of computer still kept black status when i try to do it.
SFC /SCANNOW command from Windows bootable USB tips me that cann't access require.
StartupRepair still cann't fix issue just let me restart system.

For this stutation, How can I to repair my system? for example, uninstall DirectX.
- Where did you installed the ActiveX?
Was it from the trusted source?
Do you have access to the Window installation media?
Are you able to access the Windows Recovery Environment? (A blue screen with options).
