Win10 Built-in Feedback Hub fails to load and shows a blank page after the latest update
After recently installing a cumulative update, the Feedback Hub app opens to a blank screen with no content. The navigation menu on the left appears, but the main area remains empty.
Uninstalling and reinstalling the app from the Microsoft Store does not resolve this issue. The app works normally on other user accounts on the same device, indicating that this is a user profile-related issue.

Because Feedback Hub works normally in another account on the same PC, the evidence points to data or configuration scoped to the affected user profile rather than a device-wide installation failure. First sign in to the affected account, open Settings, Apps, find Feedback Hub, open Advanced options, and run Repair. If that does not help, use Reset after noting that reset can remove that app’s local data. Restart and test the app before reinstalling again. Next, compare whether the affected account has a work or school connection, proxy, or security product that the working account does not. Avoid deleting profile folders or registry keys to clear the page; that can damage unrelated settings. If reset still leaves the page blank, use the working account to submit a Feedback Hub report with the Windows version, update history, and a screenshot, and test a newly created local account before migrating the profile.

You mentioned reinstalling, but the Reset function does more than a reinstall—it wipes the app's local data and configuration specific to your profile, which a simple reinstall might not clear.
