Win10 auto-scroll & auto-zoom issue help

For the past few days, my Windows 10 laptop has been behaving strangely with what I can only describe as an auto-scroll and auto-zoom issue. Whenever I'm browsing a webpage, working in a document, or even just looking at my desktop, the screen will suddenly start scrolling downward on its own or zoom in and out randomly as if someone else is controlling the mouse, and this happens even when I'm not touching the keyboard, trackpad, or an external mouse. I've already tried restarting my computer and checking for driver updates, but nothing has fixed it. Has anyone else experienced this glitch and found a solution?
