Win 10 Speech Recognition has Stopped Working

I recently started getting the error "Speech recognition has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly." Windows 10 version is "Win 10 Enterprise". Speech recognition has worked in the past and this is the first time I have been unable to not use it. 

This is an important app for me since I have carpal tunnel in both hands and rely on speech recognition.  Any recommendations are appreciated.
