Win 10. All desktop icon short cuts stop working.

Hi I have win 10 pro. version 1909, PC, 64 bit, Chrome, all updates. Problem just started. I did not do anything out of the normal. Now all my desktop short cuts don't work accept those that haves a direct port. If I restart PC they work again. No rhyme nor reason for problem. Can occur anytime.  Please advise. Is this a release/renew issue? The PC right next to this one does not have any issues. ja

    You are using windows 10 version1909 .so you should install windows 10 version 2009.as this version is latest in all. It will help you to resolve all your problems
