Will file sharing be restored in worksgroups in 1903?

file sharing stopped working in 1803 in WG LAN's, will this be restored in 1903 or is it a feature being phased out in favour of sharing in Onedrive?

Hi,File sharing is available in Windows 10 1903 and 1909, only Home Groups are depreciated.you can still right-click on any file/folder and share them.This also should help:https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4092694/windows-10-file-sharing-over-a-network
