Wifi

First the wifi logo doesn't show up and it doesn't show any router or ethernet in Change Adapter Options. Next I can't turn off airplane mode I tried solutions on this website it doesn't work also none of the troubleshoots work and I can't report it on my computer because no wifi also, every other device at my house works perfectly fine none of the update drivers work, I tried resetting windows explorer it didn't work. I've tried device manager , control panels I tried flushing cache also didn't work I reset my computer about 10 times nothing happened also Audio Services aren't running so someone please help.
