WiFi - NUC - Windows 10
I've NUC windows 10 connected to Wifi, the bar is not bad, 4 bar. All browsing youtube is ok, but when I'm using microsoft team, the connection is bad
I tried to test speed using speedtest.net, and the results only up to 4-5Mbps, meanwhile, I'm using my mac, same position, same wifi, the results can hit up to 15Mbps
can anyone please give any suggestion what's happening ?
I've tried several tweak from googling, update driver, or any other 5 ways tweak which we can easily find on googling, but not helpful

Update the Wi-Fi driver (most important step).
Outdated, generic, or corrupt drivers are the #1 cause of this issue.

Of course. Here are the most likely causes and solutions, shortened:
1. Driver Check (Most Likely Fix)
Don't use Windows Update. Get the latest Wi-Fi driver directly from Intel's website for your specific NUC model.
2. Network Prioritization
Teams is sensitive to bandwidth fights. During a call, close other apps (browsers, Dropbox, updates).
3. Power Management
Go to Device Manager > Network Adapters. Right-click your Wi-Fi card > Properties > Power Management. Uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power."
4. Teams-Specific Settings
In a Teams meeting, go to Settings > Devices. Turn OFF "Dynamically adjust video quality" and "Reduce bandwidth for video". This can stabilize the connection.
5. Interference from VPN/Antivirus
Temporarily disable any third-party VPN or antivirus/firewall software to test if they are throttling Teams.
Start with the driver and power management settings, as they are the most common fixes for this exact issue.
