Why Windows 10 Pro Tiles turn grey?
Some of my tiles turn grey in my start menu. They run without any problems but the tiles background is grey. Does anyone know what causes this?

Sometimes, a program needs specific permissions to display a certain icon or tile color. If these permissions aren't granted, the tile might appear gray. This is less likely if the app itself runs without issue.
The icon or tile data might be corrupted or missing, causing Windows to fallback to a default grey background.
