Why the CPU graphics is while and black from task manager?
- Nov 11, 2024
A white line or graph generally means that the CPU usage is above a certain threshold, indicating active load. When the CPU is processing tasks, the graph will appear in white, visually representing the amount of utilization over time as the line moves up and down.

1.Windows Theme: The Task Manager interface can change color based on whether you are using a light or dark theme in Windows. If you have set your system to a dark mode, for example, the graphical elements might appear white against a black background.
2.Driver Issues: If the graphics performance data is not displaying correctly or is appearing as a solid color, it could be indicative of an issue with your graphics drivers. Outdated or corrupted drivers can cause abnormal behavior in Task Manager.
3.Graphics Hardware: If you have multiple graphics processing units (GPUs) installed (for instance, an integrated GPU and a dedicated GPU), there may be confusion about which GPU's data is being referenced or shown.
