Why is there a whirring sound coming from the coil of my charging circuit?

My laptop emits a high-pitched whirring or buzzing noise directly from the charging port area, and this sound becomes more noticeable when the battery is charging or the system is under heavy load, which leads me to believe it is coil whine from the charging circuit.
