Why does the computer restart when Csm is disabled and steel bars are enabled?

I am experiencing an issue where my computer restarts unexpectedly when I disable the Compatibility Support Module and enable the steel bars setting in the BIOS. This behavior occurs only under these specific configuration changes, and I am unsure of the cause or how to resolve it, as it disrupts my workflow and raises concerns about system stability.
