Hi Xamkamkamk, compare idle CPU usage first in Task Manager, because post-upgrade indexing, drivers, or background apps can keep the system awake. I would update BIOS, chipset, graphics, and power-management drivers from the device maker, then check Power mode. If temperatures stay high at idle, clean vents and fan behavior are worth checking too.
