Why do residual files remain after uninstalling games on Windows 10 systems?

After uninstalling certain games through the normal process, related files (such as save files, configuration files, or empty folders) may remain on the computer. Please provide methods to completely remove these leftover files.

It's common for some residual files—like save data, configuration files, or leftover folders—to remain after uninstalling games on Windows 10. These leftovers can be stored in various locations, including the game’s installation folder, user profile folders, or system app data directories.
