Why do .old files show different sizes in Windows 10 systems?
The same Windows.old folder displays inconsistent sizes in WinDirStat, Disk Cleanup, and File Explorer (200GB/700GB/1GB). I want to know its actual disk usage.
Sometimes, the .old folder doesn't contain a full snapshot of your previous system, especially if the upgrade or backup process was interrupted.
