Why can't create new shortcuts that work anymore
I can no longer create new shortcuts in Windows 11. After creating a quick link when I want to open it I get the message, This file does not have an app associated with it that can perform this actio...
The New context menu allows users to quickly create a new item in the current location. The default New context menu items include to create a new Library, Folder, Shortcut, Bitmap image, Contact, Rich Text Document, Text Document, and Compressed (zipped) Folder.
