Why am I getting this "Let's finish setting up your device" blue screen?

Hello Rod-F,
Go to Settings > System > Notifications & actions and uncheck Suggest ways I can finish setting up my device to get the most out of Windows option. This should turn off that screen.
If that doesn't works, try the registry based Method 2 mentioned here:

4 years later of the first post about the "Let's finish setting up your device", one year later of Microsoft creating the most amazing AI and still the same message every few days on my PC also. And I've to say that:
- Yes I've pay every year for the Office 365 suscription, I pay for the Windows Pro suscriptions, I pay for the ChatGPT suscription, I pay for the GitHub suscription, I pay for the Visual Studio, etc etc etc
- Yes backup my files on Onedrive
- Yes I use Edge
- Yes I have and Microsoft 365 suscription
- Yes I allready backup my phone Images
- Yes I've Windows Hello with a PIN, with a fingerprint and face recognition on my Laptop
And after all that time Microsoft CANNOT FIX A BUG FOR 4 YEARS, REALLY!?
