Whom should I blame when Wi-Fi works on my phone but Windows says "No Internet, secured"?
Wi-Fi works perfectly on my phone, but Windows insists on showing "No Internet, secured" like it's the only device in the house that can't figure it out. So who exactly am I supposed to blame here — the router, the laptop, or Microsoft?

Blame the laptop first—not necessarily Microsoft! If your phone connects to the same Wi-Fi and has internet, your router is probably fine.
Try these fixes in order:
Forget and reconnect: Settings → Network & Internet → Wi-Fi → Manage known networks → Forget, then reconnect.
Restart Wi-Fi: Turn Wi-Fi off and on, or restart the laptop.
Reset the connection: Open Command Prompt as Administrator and run:
cmd
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
Check VPN/proxy: Temporarily disconnect any VPN and disable any unintended proxy.
Update the Wi-Fi driver if the issue persists.
Quick diagnosis: If other devices work but Windows doesn't, focus on Windows network settings, the Wi-Fi adapter, or its driver. Don't reset the router unless other devices also have problems.
