Which version of Windows 10 is the most streamlined and runs smoothly on an older computer?
My computer is a bit old, and I want to install Windows 10 but am worried it might run slowly. Which version (such as LTSC, IoT Enterprise, or the Lite edition) is currently the most resource-efficient and runs the smoothest?

Hi Yarisyoyo, avoid unofficial Lite Windows builds. They often remove services that Windows Update, security, Store apps, or drivers later need. For an older PC, Windows 10 22H2 Home or Pro with an SSD, enough RAM, fewer startup apps, and visual effects reduced is usually safer than a modified ISO. LTSC is only appropriate if you are properly licensed for it and understand the app/update tradeoffs.
