Which version of Windows 10 is the most stable for 12th Gen Intel processors?

I have a 12th Gen Core processor, and when I play games on Windows 10 24H2, the screen freezes, and applications take a long time to open. I’d like to ask everyone which version of Windows 10 is more stable and runs more smoothly?

Historically, newer versions of Windows 10 (like 22H2) or even the latest Windows 11 updates tend to include important optimizations, driver supports, and bug fixes for the latest hardware. However, they can sometimes introduce new issues early on.

Windows 10 24H2 is a very recent build that has introduced compatibility issues for some users, particularly those with newer hardware. There are numerous community reports of stuttering, application lag, and poor performance specifically linked to the 24H2 update.
