When right-clicking a file in File Explorer, the context menu takes a long time to appear
When I right-click a file in File Explorer, the context menu takes about 2–3 seconds to appear, which is especially noticeable in folders with a large number of files. The context menu appears normally when I right-click on an empty area of the desktop. I’ve tried disabling third-party context menu extensions, but it didn’t make much of a difference.

Try temporarily disabling real-time protection (only for testing) and check whether the delay disappears.
