When resizing a window, the mouse cursor in Windows 10 changes from white to black.
On Windows 10, the size 1 cursor is white, but it turns black when set to size 2 or higher. Is this a bug or an oversight?
Windows uses different cursor images (or “pointer schemes”) for various sizes and states.
