What to do if Keyboard not working on HP Laptop
I am experiencing an issue where the keyboard on my HP laptop is not working at all, and I am unsure what steps to take to fix it. The keyboard was functioning normally earlier, but suddenly it stopped responding, and I have tried restarting the laptop without success. I am looking for troubleshooting tips or solutions to get my keyboard working again so I can continue using my laptop without issues.

- Shut down your laptop completely
- Turn it on and immediately tap the F10 key repeatedly (or Esc for some models) until you see a blue or gray menu—this is the BIOS/UEFI screen
- Try using the arrow keys to navigate up/down
If none of the above steps work, the keyboard might be physically damaged or disconnected internally.
