What is the best online video editor without watermark and sign up?

The combination of no installation, no watermark, no sign-up, and 1080p export is harder to find than it sounds. Many online editors advertise themselves as free, but only reveal account requirements, watermarks, export limits, or paid assets when you try to export.

For simple browser-based editing, look for an editor that processes files locally in the browser. These tools can usually handle trimming, cropping, text, and basic audio without uploading the video to a server. However, browser performance may become slow with long videos, 4K footage, or large files, and closing the tab may cause you to lose the project.

Microsoft Clipchamp is one of the more established browser editors and supports free 1080p exports without adding a watermark, provided you only use features and stock assets included in the free plan. However, it requires a Microsoft account, so it does not meet the “no sign-up” requirement.
