I've used ncdu as a disk space analyzer for Windows 10 to see which folders are taking up the most space.

Open Command Prompt or PowerShell, then run:

ncdu C:\

You can use the arrow keys to navigate through folders and press the d key to delete a file or folder. It is an open-source, lightweight, and fast tool; however, its interface is text-based rather than a visual tree view.
