What are all those services running in Task Manager?
I'm trying to understand all the services running in Task Manager, as there are many background processes with unfamiliar names and I'm unsure which ones are essential for Windows to function properly. Could someone explain what these services do, how to identify unnecessary or potentially harmful ones, and whether disabling any of them might improve system performance or cause stability issues?

A vast number of services are set to start "Manually, triggered by...". This means they only run when a specific event (like plugging in a USB drive) requires them, so they aren't constantly consuming resources.
There are lots of different system services in Windows. If you suspect that some service is causing high use of resources such as CPU, memory, a disk, try to perform a clean boot:
Once you identify a third-party service that is causing high usage of system resources, you can simply uninstall the associated program or app resolve the issue.
Important: Kindly do not attempt to mess with system services and try to disable them, otherwise they may break features on your Windows operating system.
