Yes, that is correct, the users choose the space themselves, and that is precisely why I suggested, making the two spaces more distinct.
You know, just as well as me, that 99% of the people, don't read the entire page, and spend no more than a few milliseconds before making a choice what to click. The majority of these questions doesn't really belong in a Tech-community, but should have been asked in the https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/
It is ordinary users, who end up here, asking one question, and one question only.
I am no different than the rest of the Tech-users, so NO, I am not going to waste my time moderating this or that space, nor am I going to waste time providing support for ordinary Microsoft users. As you can see, I am not the only one; the majority of these questions are left unanswered.
