Use laptop as display

I want to use my old laptop as display of my pc but the bios are broken i can't see anything else 'searching for ipv4' 'searching for ipv6'

    If your laptop's BIOS is broken or not functioning properly, it might not be able to boot or display anything at all, making it difficult to use as a monitor. The messages like "searching for IPv4" or "searching for IPv6" typically relate to network boot or PXE (Preboot Execution Environment) attempts, which happen before the OS loads and are often seen when the BIOS isn't configured properly or there's no boot device.
