Update Issues and company to customer communications.

I recently contacted microsoft support. I received an okay answer, however it did not help the issue altogether. He hasn't responded since. Is anyone from microsoft going to communicate what is going...

We can make excuses for them all day but the fact is they released system breaking update, and haven’t notified anyone of the issue. Even when going on their main website for windows 10 shows nothing of their faulty software.
