update destroyed stylus workflow: e.g. drag link into new tab
This update brought unnecessary and utterly annoying changes to the workflow. I can no longer drag links into new tabs. I cannot drag urls into bookmarks (chrome; firefox... you name it). I cannot ch...
So its almost a year later and they dont give a f. Had same issue on surface pro 1gen. Only way to get this working is moving back to wi8.1.
