Undo Pause updates and Oops something went wrong: reopen settings and try again messages.
If the current user profile is corrupted: Create a new user account: Settings > Accounts > Family & other users > Add someone else to this PC. Log into the new account and see if issues persist.
This worked for me on my win 11 PC, thank you very much!
